Bug description:
  Following up on Change-Id: Ic2bdc9a780ee98df87a7cdd5413a9db42e5e7131
  (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/421162/), need to document that Glance supports IPv6, in particular, if there are any particular steps an operator needs to take to run Glance on IPv6.
