Installation: Openstack Helm

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a user with "reader" role in a project
2. Login as a user with "reader" role
3. Navigate to Project / Object Store / Containers

After that user will be logged out and returned to 401 page

DEBUG logs for the same flow for user with "member" role - https://paste.openstack.org/show/826191/
