Although the CI jobs are passing, there are many occurrences of this exception in the Neutron API:

If this is an expected normal operation, the Neutron API should not
print this "horrible" error message that could be considered as an
error/failure by a user/admin.

This error message is present in all CI jobs. Depending on which job is
executed, it could happen more than 30 times.
