Well, it's been more than a decade. I'd be open to reexamine this if we
were given a rationale for this change. Until then we won't fix this.

  The MetadefPropery Proxy object is missing created_at, updated_at

Bug description:
  In the glance/domain/proxy.py module, the MetadefProperty class doesn't contain the created_at nor updated_at fields.
  They should be added to match the other classes.
