1. This is not enough info on your setup, we would need config files
2. We would need commands and logs
3. Again, we'd need to see commands showing this

  cinder volume's status is reserved when there is some error on
  volume_api.attachment_update operation

Bug description:
  1.glance with cinder backend
  2.I download an image，and the volume_api.attachment_update operation raise an error
  3.there is a residual volume attachment and the volume status is reserved
