  [DB] Migration milestone for Yoga duplicated

Status in neutron:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In [1], the YOGA milestone was incorrectly added. This milestone must
  be added to the last database migration script of a release, once it
  has been released and a new master/main branch has been started for a
  new cycle.
