context and logs attached. The tables should be there with updates and
run of neutron db-sync.

  Enable port_security don't work for old net and port

Status in neutron:

Bug description:
  Hi,

  When I'm trying to enable port_security extension, my old ports and
  networks are not in the neutron database (networksecuritybindings and
  port_security_bindings tables).

  I tried to do a neutron-db-manage but it was not working.

  I had to populate manually the two tables and it was working.

  Do we have an automatic way to populate the tables?
