    Update Admin State display in routers and ports overview
    
    Modify the Routers, Networks and Ports detail overview to display the Admin
    State using standard status values (UP/DOWN) instead of boolean values.

  Bool values in detail overview for Admin State

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Release: Epoxy (2025.1).

  In the Routers, Networks and Ports detail overview, the Admin State
  field does not show the proper status values. Instead of displaying UP
  or DOWN, it shows raw boolean values (true/false).

  Additionally, when the Admin state is disabled, the field does not
  switch to DOWN as expected but instead displays "Unknown".
