Hi,

We use Octavia module and we located LB instances (amphora) in service
project. We are getting 504 Gateway Time-out page for list instances (in
Project Section not Admin Section) for service project in one minute.
This problem is occured after upgrade openstack from zed to 2025.1 and
only service project is affected. We created a lot of instances for
another project, same issues is not occured. We changed haproxy and
nova-api timeouts values from 60s to 120s for testing but there was no
change.

What action can we take for this situation?
