    [OVN][FT] Wait for "Chassis_Private" update event
    
    In the ``test__cleanup_previous_tags`` tests, it is needed to wait for
    the "Chassis_Private" update event before checking the values inside
    the "external_ids" field.

  [OVN][FT] The "Chassis_Private" register contains not expected values
  in the metadata tests

Bug description:
  In the OVN metadata agent tests (``test__cleanup_previous_tags``), the
  "Chassis_Private" register contains several not expected parameters.
  Before retrieving the register, it would be needed to add an UPDATE
  event.
