It looks like this fix got close and then recent changes to the bug seem
to have moved it away from being released.  Is it still in the plans to
release the UI for subscribing to a tag?

Bug description:
  Currently it is not possible to subscribe to all a project's bug
  reports that match a particular tag.

  One way of implementing this would be the ability to search for a tag
  (bug 66839) plus the ability to subscribe to search results (bug
  49752).
