I was just trying to makte this very list open for the general public
to subscribe. Turns out that this is not possible with the current Zg
project structure.

Launchpad (LP) has a one-to-one mapping of teams<->mailing list. So in
effect all on this mailing list has commit access to lp:zeitgeist.
What we need to do is set up a project topology like so:

                 Zg Project (open)
                   /                   \
Zg Engine(restr.)           Zg UI (restr.)

There is already a https://edge.launchpad.net/zeitgeist-project
project, but no corresponding team, so no ML.
