FULLACK!!!

As a side note: I'm not sure which steps need to be done in order to
get a release out. What needs to be done on the code side (do we need
to change version strings etc.), what needs to be done in bzr (add a
tag ...), how do we update the API docs on our project page, and so
on.
I think we should take some time to gather this infos and add them to
a HACKING file [0]
