Well, again, I believe "origin" as what it is now (ie. dirname(uri))
should not be exposed in the API (if we implement this sorting it may
make sense to keep it in the DB for performance reasons, though). The
only still legitimate use for having it in the API is asking for stuff
in a particular directory excluding subdirectories (since
uri="~/foo/*" matches files for subdirectories of "foo" ), but IMHO we
should find another way to solve this.

Bug description:
This is a feature request, please reassign wherever you see fit :-)

Currently recent files are tracked as items. Recent directories would also be useful to track.

E.g. I edit files in geany, compile code that produce an executable that need to be debugged in Nemiver. When Nemiver is opened it would save a lot of time if the directory was available under a "recent directories" heading somewhere.
