When telling users to test GAJ i told them to put
gnome-activity-journal-extension.py into the extensions folder... only a
handful of them created the directory to do it. others hesitated. I think it
is just convenient to have it there. I don't think it will hurt any1 if I
make it possible...

after an installation of Zeitgeist we are missing the extension folder under .local/share/zeitgeist
This is a minor bug but should be done by the engine.
