Right now the FTS extension doesn't support deletes. The delete hook was
only added in ZG 0.5.0 and i've not gotten around to adding it in fts
yet.

But I am not sure that could account for you odd results...

Bug description:
Yesterday I was searching for "matchbox", and among the results were files (and webpages) that don't have any mention of "matchbox" in either uri, nor text. (contents indexing wasn't turned on, and matchbox wasn't even inside contents). For example it returned my local uri for fts.py.

I'm not sure what causes this, maybe deleting events?

I deleted my fts.index directory, FTS reindexed the whole DB, and since then everything is fine again. Still, this shouldn't happen in the first place.
