Bug description:
We should think of adding a global incognito flag to zeitgeist.
However this might clash with datahub and blacklist extension.

We can make it look like this:

def SetIncognito (state, duration):
    """ 
    state: boolean for logging/not logging
    timeperiod: duration to maintain the state
    """


This would make Zeitgeist toggle between incognito for specific durations
What do you think?
