There's no need to actually move our code and infrastructure to
freedesktop.org hosting in order to be an official freedesktop
project. We can certainly keep our code on Launchpad if we want to do
that.
Additionally, we're definitely in freedesktop.org's target audience,
so it shouldn't be difficult to gain entry if we send them a request.

Bug description:
Zeitgeist currently uses the org.gnome dbus domain. As we are no longer a GNOME-specific project, I think it would make more sense to move the project to the org.freedesktop domain, as org.freedesktop.Zeitgeist.engine or something similar.
