Title:
Firefox data source logs site visits in Private Browsing mode

Status in Zeitgeist Data-Sources:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Current Behavior: Sites are logged (and viewable in Gnome Activity
Journal) by the Zeitgeist data source for Firefox while the browser is
  in Private Browsing mode.

Expected Behavior: Sites visited in Private Browsing mode are not
logged by the data source and are not viewable in Gnome Activity
  Journal etc.

  Steps to Replicate:
  1. Compile and install the Firefox data provider from Launchpad in trunk
  2. Launch Firefox and browse to a few pages
  3. Verify (through Gnome Activity Journal or other interfaces) that pages are being logged into Zeitgeist
  4. Switch to Private Browsing mode (Tools > Start Private Browsing)
  5. Browse to a few pages that are distinguishable from what you've viewed lately
  6. Exit private browsing mode
  7. Go back into Gnome Activity Journal (or Sezen, etc.) and see if the sites visited in Private Browsing mode are logged

  Software Versions:
  * Data source for Firefox (extension): 0.1 compiled from Launchpad trunk (but I'm unsure which revision—I'll compile the latest as soon as I can)
  * Firefox: 3.6.12 from the official Ubuntu repositories
  * Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid).
