  Zeitgeist needs AcceptEvent, DenyEvent and ExpireEvent events

Status in Zeitgeist Framework:
  New

Bug description:
  Zeitgeist doesn't currently have events that cover stuff like calls or
  file transfers being answered, rejected or timing out. We should add
  these. ExpireEvent might also be interesting for calendar stuff.
