Do all the dataproviders register themselves to DatasourceRegister before pushing events? I mean all the datasources?

Bug description:
  The first thing they should do before inserting anything is
  registering themselves with Zeitgeist so that they can be
  enabled/disabled centrally (and possibly controlled in other ways).
