  My take on the proposed mpd plugin

Status in Zeitgeist Data-Sources:
  New

Bug description:
  I needed a plugin for MPD and found the zeitgeist_mpd, which is curently proposed for review.
  I modified it a bit, to suit my needs and I'm proposing the modifications here, since I'm not familiar with launchpad.

  If there is a better method, please advise.
