* Added --log-file option for writing log output to a file.
 * Changed blacklist output to obfuscate (hash) identifiers.

A (very) incomplete implementation of log rotation is in commit #409,
but we didn't add it yet since Michal was concerned about startup time.

  Writing log output to a file is still missing from the Python version.
  We had a daily rotated file there.
