Hi folks,

I realized I have a bunch of bug fixes and minor improvements just
sitting in the tree, and I haven't made a release in some time. I
believe the changes since 0.5 are pretty low risk; however, if you
haven't done so recently, please do a pull and try your usual things
out.

behind a reverse proxy.

* 1910c77 backends.py: after decoding is done, close the FIFO we opened.

* be66772 directory.py: protect against unreadable playlist files.

* e9e8033 (psungpublic/followlinks-compatibility) directory.py: fall
back gracefully when 'followlinks' arg is not supported.
* 937405f INSTALL: amend instructions for Fedora.
* 1ca75c9 INSTALL: add note about adding m4a decoder.
