Just checked in a quick hack to view pages in a separate window. Doesn't do
much yet, just read-only view, links will open in the main window. However
you will now be ale to use the context menu on the side pane to open a page
in a second window without changing the page you are working on. Check
bazaar revision 164 to try it out.

Would like to extend support to allow editing in secondary windows, but
first focusing on wrapping up enough open items to finally release the
python branch of zim.
