There is an open bug for resolving links with underscores in them.
I want to have an update script included with bug fix release next week,
probably I can publish a commandline version of the script today or
tomorrow.

The pages in gray are placeholders because they are linked.
Updating the links to contain spaces will get rid of the placeholders.
