So far we don't have a volunteer for packaging zim on Mac natively.
Although I know Tobias was struggling to get zim to running natively
on mac recently - may he can help you.

Another way to go is using mac ports to install zim on mac, see
http://zim-wiki.org/install.html and http://www.macports.org/.
