You mean they are grayed out in the page index ? That means that this
page was linked by other pages, but does not have content (according
to zim). This can be very well the case if your text files have spaces
in the name, as zim will not recognize them.

I think these should also cause warnings in the terminal during indexing.

There was a lot of discussion about it, but the result is that we
stick with it for now. Not saying it will never change, but no plans
to do that on my side.
