I think this error is the main one:

GError: Couldn't recognize the image file format for file
'/media/csd/rpmbuild/SOURCES/zim-0.51/icons/zim16.png'

Looks like either you don't have PNG compiled into your Gtk install (would
surprise, I think it is a standard component) or the file path or content is
NOK.

(Just checked the .tar.gz from the website, and no issue with the image
there)
