Hi Adam,

according to https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp posts from a email
address not registered with launchpad are automatically discarded,
posts from addresses known to launchpad but not subscribed to the
mailing list are hold for approval. Are you really sure you used the
same mail address you are subscribed with?
