Best way to have something like that is to look for a desktop application
that you like and then embed the images in zim. Depending on which platform
you use (windows or linux) there are different choices of programs that can
be used for this.

There is two ways to add external programs to zim. First is to put it as a
"custom tool", second is to put a template file and insert it with "Insert
-> New Attachment".
