Other will tell with more precision. In the meantime (and from what I
recall) on a page type FIXME: or TODO: for the main tasks, and Next:
for the subtasks

FIXME: Task 1 name
Next: Sub-Task 1 name
Next: Sub-Task 1 name

FIXME: Task 2 name
Next: Sub-Task 2 ...
Next: Sub-Task 2 ...

They will appear on the Tasks list (See print-screen attached) for a
given page:
FIXME: in black color
Next: in gray color

You can also give tags to your task "@name" (to search for them
easily) and set their importance "!". It's in the Help "Tasks plug-in".
