I am not sure if it is a encoding issue, I made a screen cast at

You can see "12" is placed in a wrong order ( not between "11" and "13"),
and the focus jumped to "13" when I click on "12".
( Page "12" is created using zim 0.61 windows installer version on Win7
x64, other pages are created with zim 0.61 under ubuntu 14.04 x64. )

The zim note book is stored on a NTFS volume, I doubt NTFS file name
encoding has something to do with this issue.
