Dear lovely Zim users

I'm creating a wiki and using the (table of contents) TOC plugin which
generates a floating widget. I'm planning to export the wiki to html and
was wondering if there was a way include the rather awesome TOC into the
HTML.
I've looked at the templating language and it seems possible to break the
page to sections
with subsequent  headers and text.
I was wondering if there is already an implementation of this  that I've
missed or if I would need to code this myself?
If it is the latter, is it possible to use the anchor function on sections
so I can "jump" in the html to relevant section?
