I have uploaded the new windows installer for zim 0.73.1 to the website.

Thanks to Fabian for doing all the work to prepare a new build script for
the 0.7x series and make it work so smoothly.

If you encounter any hiccups with the installation, please report via
GitHub and clearly put "windows installer" in the subject line.
