For years I have been using a portable Zim version 0.68 on Windows, but 
recently tried the 0.73.5 installed version for windows. This new 
version has resolution/ scaling issues that I can't fix the typical way. 
Typically you can adjust high DPI settings and and one of the options 
will fix it (Override Scaling by Application, System or System Advanced) 
None of these solve it though. Is this something that needs to be 
adjusted with GTK config or somewhere else? Images for comparison:
