Hello Helder,

You can use the "Window Title Editor" plugin to set the title to "Zim" or
even "Zim: $notebook".

Mine is set to: $notebook Zim ($source)

Check Edit > Preferences > Plugins. If it's not there, you can get it by
looking through github issue 1660 at
https://github.com/zim-desktop-wiki/zim-desktop-wiki/discussions/1660 which
is where I got it.
