Status in Zorba - The XQuery Processor:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  If one submits a job to the remote-queue with a log message containing
  characters that must be escaped in HTML, said characters are escaped
  and stay that way.  They need to be unescaped before the svn commit.
  For example, see the log comment for r10106.  That should be
  "operator<<" (operator less-than).
