Title:
  zorbacmdproperties_base.h is not generated automatically

Status in Zorba - The XQuery Processor:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  If one changes zorbacmdproperties.txt the zorbacmdproperties_base.h
  file is not automatically generated on Windows.

  One has to run 
  scripts/gen_all_props 
  in order to generate zorbacmdproperties_base.h.

  One solution I see to implement the generation of the properties for
  the command line utilities (apitest, zorbacmd) in the same way we do
  it with the generation of the runtime iterators.
