  FTIgnore not fully implemented

Status in Zorba - The XQuery Processor:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  The FTIgnore feature is not fully implemented in that queries that use
  either windows or distances will not work properly because the token
  distances of the ignored content are not subtracted.

  Consequently, the following W3C XQFTTS tests fail:

  full-text-composability-queries-results-q4

  ignore-queries-results-q1
  ignore-queries-results-q1b
  ignore-queries-results-q2
  ignore-queries-results-q2b
  ignore-queries-results-q3
  ignore-queries-results-q3b
  ignore-queries-results-q4
  ignore-queries-results-q4b
