  no setting classpath in xsl-fo module

Status in Zorba - The XQuery Processor:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The xsl-fo module shouldn't provide any function that allows the user
  to configure the classpath. Instead, the classpath should be
  configured once for the entire Zorba process and all Java-based
  modules should use this classpath.
