At this moment the W3C conformance reports generation output is  Doxygen page.
We need to update the scripts to generate HTML code.

Also we need to post the generated pages on Zorba site and update the links in the 
http://www.zorba-xquery.com/html/documentation/2.2.0/zorba/indexpage#w3cspecs
to point to this new location.
