The implementation of StructuralAnyUriItem::StructuralAnyUriItem(zstring& value) has changed. The new implementation looks good w.r.t. correctness, but it does at least a couple of string copies, which the old implementation did not. I don't think this will cause any major performance bottlenecks, so I will approve the branch, but it would be nice if there was a way to avoid the string copies.
