  default compile with D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64

Status in Zorba - The XQuery Processor:
  New

Bug description:
  By default, Zorba should be compiled with the D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS flag
  set to 64. Otherwise, ::stat doesn't work on files > 2gb.

  For example,

  file:read-text("myfile.txt")

  currently fails if the file is bigger than 2gb.
