  The following tests fail in the FOTS:
  
  'fn-matches-41' test:
  fn:matches(concat('Mary', codepoints-to-string(10)), 'Mary$')
  should return 'false' according to the FOTS, Zorba returns 'true'
  
  'fn-matches-42' test:
  fn:matches(concat('Mary', codepoints-to-string(10)), 'Mary$', 's')
  should return 'false' according to the FOTS, Zorba returns 'true'
  
- 'fn-matches-45' test:
- fn:matches(concat('Mary', codepoints-to-string(13), 'Jones'), 'Mary.Jones')
- should return 'true' according to the FOTS, Zorba returns 'false'
- 
  Assigned the bug to Paul because AFAIK he's the last one who worked on
  the fn:matches implementation.
