Will this cause the build to fail, or skip http-client, if libsasl isn't there?

Is it possible to make the build succeed and http-client work (without https/ldap/etc capability) if these other libs don't exist?

I'm just worried about people trying to build Zorba that either can't or don't want to get SSL libs.
