Review: Needs Fixing

make && make install on a clean build directory gives the following error:

CMake Error at swig/java/cmake_install.cmake:38 (FILE):
  file INSTALL cannot find
  "/home/mbrantner/zorba/build/swig/java/libzorba_api.so".
