  Module namespaces inconsistency

Status in Zorba - The XQuery Processor:
  New

Bug description:
  Some module namespace have inconsistent naming conventions.
  For instance w3c seems to prefer - over _  in its namespaces and zorba namespaces should follow:
  http://www.zorba-xquery.com/modules/store/static/integrity_constraints/ddl
  http://www.zorba-xquery.com/modules/store/static/integrity_constraints/dml
  http://www.zorba-xquery.com/modules/project_xqdoc
