Bug description:
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~zorba-coders/zorba/trunk/revision/10905 (by Markos) reverts changes made to nodes_impl.cpp in
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~zorba-coders/zorba/trunk/revision/10899 (by Till). Till believes the original changes are correct, and they were reviewed as such.  Please un-revert these changes ASAP, unless there is a reason they were somehow wrong.
