Markos Zaharioudakis has proposed merging lp:~zorba-coders/zorba/no-copy into lp:zorba.

Commit message:
no-copy rule restructuring:
1. make sure index domain nodes are standalone trees
2. make sure tokenize-node and tokenize-nodes function take statndalone trees as inputs
3. fn:data is type-sensitive, but only for shared nodes
